Attention: To apply for the BPN Gaming Community you must first register on the website with a username and password and be logged in before you can submit the membership application! Failure to do this will result in the application being denied.

Use this membership application to apply to the BulletProof Nerds Gaming Community. We look forward to shipping you off to 'BPN BootCamp'. You must be between 13-17 years old to apply for the BPN Junior Division.

In our effort to grow the BPN Jr. division we have decided to make it mandatory that each new recruit MUST recruit (2) new BPN Jr. recruits during their first 30 days in order to be fully accepted.

Do you agree to use TeamSpeak in order to chat with others within BPN Junior Division when you are gaming?

Did another BPN member or recruit refer you - If so, who?
Where did you find out about the BPN Gaming Community?
What about 'BulletProof Nerds' motivates you to join us?
What special skills, characteristics, experience or unique qualities will you bring to 'BulletProof Nerds'? Examples might include: graphic design, website management, server management, in-game admin experience, or any other personal experience that might somehow benefit the community.
