
Basic Rules of Engagement here at BPN.
Violation of these rules WILL get you kicked or banned, with or without warning.
BPN Community Acceptance:
The minimum age requirement to join [BPN] community is 18 years old, however everyone is welcome to play on our servers.
You can NOT be in another First Person Shooter (FPS) community while in [BPN]. This includes FPS games that [BPN] does not participate in. We have this rule to promote participation within our community and to get to know everyone better and your time and commitments are with us.
If you meet the requirements and would like to join, please complete an application.
Warning: We do not assume any responsibility or liability for any misrepresentations regarding a user’s age. Also we do not assume any responsibility for misrepresentations submitted on our community application.
BPN Community applicants must read the 'rules' and 'terms of usage' of BPN and submit a BPN application for acceptance. You are expected to act respectfully while on BPN servers.
If application is accepted, there will be a 30 day evaluation period before full fledged membership is granted. You will carry the 'recruit' tag for 30 days. [BPNr]
General Behavior:
BPN Community Members, Recruits and Admins are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. This means: no inappropriate sprays, pics, logos, comments, forums threads, conversation, music, nicknames, user names or anything of the sort. 'Inappropriate' material can refer to Text, Verbal, Music and Pictures:
Some examples of 'inappropriate' are: inappropriate sexual remarks, argumentative remarks, teasing someone due to a handicap, curse words, general harassing remarks, pics/sprays of illegal items, pics/sprays of revealing clothing (male or female), pornography of any kind or other material that someone might take offense to.
This is a non-exhaustive list and is only meant to give the members an idea of what's NOT accepted here. The admins reserve the right to determine what is 'inappropriate' at the time of the incident.
If you have a suggestion, comment, or a grievance you may email it to any of the admins and it will be addressed and handled in a respectful, professional manner.
These rules ARE FAR FROM UNREASONABLE. Just be respectful in the material that you post, say and type...
If you have questions about what might or might not be inappropriate, email one of the admins and we'll take a look for you.
We run a 'clean' community and prefer to game instead of listen, read or view such material.
Contributions & Admin Rights:
The minimum contribution for the community is $10 per person per month or $25 for 3 months. This is only a contribution and by no means are we mandating that every BPN Community member contribute. However, without adequate funds, the assets of the BPN Community cannot be sustained.
Remember, if you wish you can use the 'BPN Bux' referral program to subsidize your contributions. Also, if you contribute on a regular basis, AND you wish to become an admin, you can submit the 'Admin Application' and you will be considered. If granted, 'Basic Admin' rights (to start with), will be issued on the appropriate servers. Clan recruits will not be considered for admin rights until after their 30 day trial has lapsed and they are full [BPN] members.
You will also receive a reserved slot on the appropriate servers and a bulletproofnerds email address if you wish. You will also be authorized to attend our weekly BPN Admin meeting(s) and submit any input regarding BPN community decisions. All decisions are based on a vote, however the BPN Community founder (BlackMamba) can overturn any such decisions. You should also know that regardless of contributions, if you are found in violation of our rules your 'Admin' rights can be revoked.
Fees will be submitted through the Chip In module service that we offer on the front page of the website. It should be noted that all monies received are for game server, web server & teamspeak fees only. Any overages received will be applied to the BPN donations account for the next month of service. No personal gain or dishonest behavior are being practiced here by the admins.
Administrative rights are granted based on discretion, not solely on contributions.
Process for applying for admin rights:
1. Complete admin application
2. Wait for admin approval
3. If/When admins approve your application
4. Submit donation
5. After donation, Admins will grant appropriate access
Rules on TeamSpeak Server:
Whether you are a Guest, BPN Recruit, or a BPN Member you MUST COMPLY with these rules or you will be kicked and or banned from TS and/or the BPN community.
1. No inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.
2. No inappropriate language, music or text is allowed
3. Be respectful
4. Use 'push to talk' option
5. Do not leave yourself logged in when not at PC
6. Do not solicit your password, or BPN password out to unauthorized users
Rules on Counter Strike Source Servers:
1. NO CHEATING OF ANY KIND. This includes but is not limited to wall hacks, aim bots (including auto aim), speed hacks, recoil scripts, spin bots, and illegal buy scripts (eg. more than (1) HE Grenade)
2. No inappropriate behavior or language will be tolerated at all.
3. No inappropriate game tags or sprays are allowed.
4. No purposeful team killing.
5. No bunny hopping.
6. No excessive camping when you have an objective to complete.
7. No outside recruiting or advertisements are allowed.
Rules on Team Fortress Server:
1. NO CHEATING OF ANY KIND. This includes but is not limited to wall hacks, aim bots (including auto aim), speed hacks, recoil scripts, spin bots, and illegal buy scripts (eg. more than (1) HE Grenade)
2. No inappropriate behavior or language will be tolerated at all.
3. No inappropriate game tags, or music are allowed.
4. No purposeful team killing.
5. No bunny hopping.
6. No excessive camping when you have an objective to complete.
7. No outside recruiting or advertisements are allowed.
Rules on Call of Duty server:
1. NO CHEATING OF ANY KIND. This includes but is not limited to wall hacks, aim bots (including auto aim), speed hacks, recoil scripts, spin bots, and illegal buy scripts.
2. No inappropriate behavior or language will be tolerated at all.
3. No purposeful team killing.
4. No bunny hopping.
5. No excessive camping when you have an objective to complete.
6. No outside recruiting or advertisements are allowed.
Rules to [BPNr] Recruits:
1. Server and BPN community rules apply.
2. The recruit tag is to look like this: [BPNr] with a space between your BPN Community tag and your name. No other variation is accepted.
3. There is an evaluation period of 30 days before becoming a full member. After 30 days it will be decided if you are to become a full member.If you are accepted after the vote, you will receive an acceptance email.
4. Though you are a recruit, we encourage you to fully participate and learn with us. You are a recruit because we want you here and we think you could be a good addition to the BPN Community.
Rules to [BPN] Members:
1. You are expected to act respectfully while on the server.
2. The [BPN] tag prefix is to look like this: [BPN] with a space between your BPN Community tag and your name. No other variation is accepted.
3. Server rules apply.
4. No inappropriate behavior or language will be tolerated in game or on Team Speak. If you do not abide this basic rule, regardless of contribution, you will be removed from the [BPN] BPN Community.
5. The teamspeak server is for BPN Community use ONLY, however, Guests can submit a request form to have access. Their account will be controlled by the admins. You are expected to enforce our rules within teamspeak whether an admin or not. If you have issues with an individual recruit, member or guest then ask an admin to intervene.
6. If you are having difficulty with another BPN Community member, please attempt to work it out. DO NOT disrupt game play with the dispute.
7. If your dispute with the other member is not resolved, you are to email an Admin and they will resolve the matter.
8. If you have problems or technical difficulties with the server, please let an Admin know via TS, email or PM.
9. If you have continual problems with a player on the server violating the rules, please let an Admin know so the situation can be contained.
10. If a [BPN] member would like to change his BPN Community name or use another account, please let Admins know and get approval first. This will help stop impersonation.
11. You are absolutely not permitted to advertise or recruit for another gaming community while using any [BPN] resources or while carrying a [BPN] or [BPNr] tag. Violation of this rule will get you banned immediately from BPN.
12. While we encourage you to use all [BPN] resources, if you are online on another public or community server or resources, we expect you to follow their rules while wearing the [BPN] or [BPNr] tag. Violation of this will get you banned immediately if their admin notifies us of any offenses.
13. BPN Community members are expected to protect our resources. Soliciting any [BPN] passwords without admin approval is grounds for immediate dismissal from the community.
14. Remember, it’s your BPN Community. Be proud of it and represent it well and have FUN.
Rules to [BPN] Admins:
1. ALL above rules apply and you must be at least 18 years old.
2. To be an admin a minimum of $10 a month / $25 for three toward the BPN Community is required.
3. BlackMamba and/or another Master Admin must give final approval for all admin rights on any BPN community resources.
3. Before kicking a player, you should warn them of the rule they are violating.
4. If necessary, have another BPN Community member reiterate the warning.
5. Three kicks then a ban is server policy for disruptive players. Please use discretion and your best judgment when banning.
6. Any admin rights can be revoked if abused, regardless of contribution to BPN Community. This includes your admin rights on all servers and teamspeak.
