I want this game as I have the all of the COD series but what they are doing is nothing short of a cash grab, charging for map packs thats what my buddies do for their PS3, pay for a $60 game & pay extra for map packs. I love online gaming especially with you guys/gals & I'll wait till after Christmas to get MW3 as I am almost certain that they will change their minds.Has anyone ever concidered a mass emailing to Infinity Ward/Activision?

IW/Activision has been mass emailed, petitioned and everything else.  That being said, if paying for the map packs is your concern I'm not sure it is going to change.  Regardless of what they do.

The really bad news is there are already a bunch of hackers and they think they're the bomb it's funny when they talk tons of trash and it's not hard to see that they would suck with out the aimbots and wall hacks I love it.  They failed with this game I'm hitting 70 and going back to cod waw its a waste of time to sit in IWNET for a hour to play a 10 min round just a epic fail in my mind...just wasted 60 bucks  >

Well IWNET overall is a fail, but I think part of the problem is that it's not optimized or even configured really for large parties.  Which we normally always have 9 or close to it.  I've noticed I've gotten in game a lot faster when it's just me or just me and one or two others.  So until they correct the large party stuff on IWNET, or give us dedicated servers I think we need to start splitting up into teams of no more than 4-6 people.  I too am getting tired of spending more time on the searching for other players screen than actually gaming.

I'll take this time to remind everyone that BPN DOES NOT CHEAT.  Don't try these hacks out, I wouldn't even go to the sites they have them on.  That being said, MW2 is not supported by Punkbuster.  They are supported by VAC, and VAC will get these hackers and ban the whole lot of them all at once.  They basically will find out a special trigger for the cheat then let it run for a week or two.  Then after that time, everyone that has used that hack will be permabanned from STEAM, not just MW2.  The hackers WILL get what's coming to them.  But there's always going to be hacks, in every game no matter what.  The only problem is that MW2 does not allow us to ban hackers on a case by case basis such as we have always been able to do with dedicated servers.  I would expect them to remedy the situation sooner or later, but we need to make sure we are making our concerns known to IW in a professional manner.  I will look for a link to send a message to them directly with concerns and post it here.
