If your intrested in upgrading to Windows 7, on multiple computers you might want to check out your local Best Buy  store, mine has a family pack upgrade for three machines for $150.00, pretty good price to get rid of vista if you ask me.......

I want the Ultimate. I have the Ultimate for vista so Ultimate for win7 sounds good.

Not worth it Dark, have you looked at the side by side comparison of Professional vs Ultimate?  And the price difference?  I had Vista Ultimate x64 too but there really aren't any advantages of Ultimate over Professional, aside from BitLocker, and who uses that?
