nVidia Control Panel Crashing
So I did a driver update a couple of weeks ago for my 8800 GTS video cards. Everything went fine except for when I tried to open up the nVidia Control Panel I get an error everytime before it opens that says: "Nvidia Control Panal Application has stopped working 2.1.270.00". Now I need to get in there to re-enable SLI which I have to do after every driver update. I have tried restarting, reinstalling the driver, rolling back the driver, uninstalling the driver and reinstalling the driver, uninstalling the driver and trying the Windows one, uninstalling everything related to nVidia and nothing seems to be working. I have searched a bit on the internet about the issue and it seems to be effecting some other people but there doesn't seem to be a fix listed anywhere. PLEASE HELP!

Issue Resolved
Well last night I called EVGA tech support for a little feedback and any ideas they might have. Overall it was rediculous. They actually told me that when I want to do a driver update I have to first uninstall the old drivers then open my case up, take off the SLI bridge then update the drivers then put the bridge back on. NO WAY, I'm not doing that and I shouldn't have to. However, he did say I should get a program called "Driver Cleaner Pro" and run it. So I did that, but that didn't work either, so I restarted in safe mode, ran Driver Cleaner Pro, deleted every single file that was related to nVidia, restarted my machine in safe mode after every single step, then installed the newest nVidia driver. Then restarted in regular mode and holy smokes it worked! I could open the NVidia Control Panel again and I could enable SLI finally. So everything is running smooth again, just thought I would give everyone an update and let them know that I thank everyone for their suggestions and help!
