Just wanted to say 'sup. I played against/with a few of you guys today. I submitted an app too. Can't say I'm any good, but I make up for that lack of skill with colorful language. LOL

USAF? You in the Air Force? If so, Mountain Home? What AFSC? I am currently stationed at Sheppard with an assignment to Dyess (2 hours south west of here)

Not in the Air Force but used to live very close to Knob Noster AFB in Missouri...stealth bombers flying around all the time.

Yeah. I'm in the AF and stationed at Mt. Home. I'm supply (2SO71). I've been here nearly 10 years. But that's about to change. I'm slated to PCS to Geilenkirchen AB in western Germany next month. Funny thing...my first tech school was at Sheppard. And my first assignment was at Dyess. I was stationed there for 6 years, 2 months and 17 days. ROFL. Yeah...I was counting. Anyways...I originally came in as a B1 crewchief. Did some retarded "censored" and got force cross-trained into supply. I miss being a CC, but in the long run it's worked out better in supply. More opportunities to PCS...not that that's helped me PCS any. LOL When I was a CC, I was in the 28th...well it was something before that. It was the Combat Crew Training Squadron...just don't remember the number designation. I loved Sheppard. Lots of memories for me there. LOL

Cool... I am originally from Utah and I know Idaho fairly well. I hate Sheppard AFB, it is a @!#@ hole... Dyess AFB will hopefully be better.

Well...having been stationed there, the AF couldn't pay me enough to send me back to DyASS. Hell...I'd rather get out before going back there. LOL But that's just me. >

I was stationed at Dyess before. It was dull and boring. North side of Abilene is more of the ghetto side. If your a rock fan Rock 108 is the station for you. Knew the Dj for Rock 108, Frank Pain. I was 7th Squadron 7th Med Wing 7th Dental. B1-Bs are loud and rip the air apart when you on the soft ball team. Gym and shopping center are all pretty new. Need any more info send me a message and I'll try to help you out.
There is nothing much to do there. 2 hours from Dallas, about 3 or so from San Antonio. Mall sucks and watch the rattlesnakes.

9.75% = arm and a leg? LOL By the way...for oriental food in Abilene, try the China Star (if it's still there). They had some pretty good food. I miss Sonic food too. If you're into local style food, there's a BBQ restaurant (a small hole in the wall place) called Joe's (something or other).

Yeah, but think about it this way, I bet you learned tons of ways to fix something temporarily without even having close to the right parts or tools!

LOL...surely the U.S. Gov't and military officials don't let you all just rig stuff together do they? I mean for as much as those planes cost they ought to just fix them right, not to mention the importance of the actual pilots!
