I think it's 3 nukes in game that take your team from losing to a win.

Nope, everybody dies when the nuke goes off and it ends the game, whoever shot the nuke off gets a win for him and his team.

i have 2 come from behind nukes, just need one more, what does the EOD title look like?

My bad guys, I misread it and thought it was the EOL one.  The EOD one is related to Search & Destroy and defusing bombs, not sure how many, could be 3 in one match, could be 10 or so overall but you just have to be the bomb defuser in a search & destroy match to get it.

Man, I was wrong again, here is the confirmed way to unlock what you want...

awsome, im going to put that on all my kits then, beside runner and get workign on it. god its going to take a while

Nah, it won't take too long, I put it on one kit and was popping 5 a round.  They glow red so they are real easy to see through walls and shoot through walls.
