Yeah, I saw this a couple of days ago...pretty interesting stuff! I especially liked the info about the mattresses in Afghan protecting from fall damage.

Those were sweet. I've seen a lot of people jump off the cliff in Afghan, but I just figured they all had the no fall damage perk.

Yes, that is for console...there will be some other button for it on PC, it is configurable so I know mine is different from the default. It would be the hold breath button.
