I installed a  trial with key gen used it a few times
then the trial period expired .................... Huh?

so the cpu no longer see in the population of programs but
every time i try and watch a link or view a pic
I get the nero screen with a option to buy the program
and i have to d/l the pic to my desk top in
order to view it with a diff program.

Another thing to get rid of that nag screen is to associate the files with another program.  One way to do it is to single click what you are trying to open, right click it and select Open With>Choose Program>(pickwhatever program you want to use and be sure to check the box "Always use the selected program to open this type of file.")

Try using CCCleaner, there's a post somewhere in here about it, might use the forum search function for CCCleaner...

Have you done a disc clean or a disc defragment. Also if you see it in your task bar try to right click it to see if ther is an uninstall part thier that might help.
