Schlup, not sure of you noticed, or if it is just an issue on my end but the TS view isn't showing up in the main page view.  On my end it says something about "you are banned" and a some suggestions for correcting.  Cheers.

G'day tehfunk - I actually wasn't specific enough - I meant the main web page where it displays the TS server status.  I just checked and the server is up so I think your problem will likely correct once you update to the latest version as there was an update recently, and I recall Schlup recently mentioned that we will need to upgrade or we won't be able to connect.

Yes, thank you, I was aware of this, I added their IP to the whitelist and restarted but it didn't correct the problem.  Many others are having the same issue...I'm just waiting for the devs to put out a fix for it.  This did not happen until the latest upgrade the the TS3 server.  It's security was upgraded and the anti-flood strength was increased which is what caused this issue, however the whitelist apparently isn't working as it was intended to.

You need to update TeamSpeak.  You can go to www.teamspeak.com then find the downloads and download the newest version for Windows client, you'll then be able to connect again.  Everybody has to have the newest version of the client to connect because of the updates they made in the latest server update it requires the latest client version to work with it.
