No Half-Life in 2010

The latest issue of GameInformer is reporting that fans of Half Life will be disappointed if they were looking forwards to seeing a new episode of the long-lived series.

The issue explicitly states that in speaking to Valve, they were told that the company has no plans whatsoever to release the third chapter of Half-Life this year, and that development of the game is still on-going.

i really hope they arent making a l4d3.... imo they need to stick to their roots and pump out an epic single player game.  And they can take all the time they want, as long as its Half Life 3 coming out and not another measly episode

Hey, I hear what you are saying but they only hear money and thus that is what they are heading toward.  PC gamers have to start bringing in more money or not only will they not be making HL3 they won't be making any PC games.
