    Going with my new budget, I am upgrading my PSU from a 550W to a nice 850W wih custom sleeving.  The sleeving i going to cost more than the PSU  Lips Sealed

    Have you already ordered this?  If so, from where?  I remember dealing with a parts supplier that did all their own custom sleeving, and they were the best, plus that seems kinda expensive.  If you haven't ordered yet I'll try and figure out who they were so you can get pricing from them...

    I haven't ordered it yet.  I've been putting off getting a new PSU for months and now I can get one.  FrozenCPU does do custom sleeving and they do a fine job at it too.
