Windows 7 Refresh Rate Fix for Nvidia

Ever since I installed Windows 7, my refresh rate has been stuck at 59Hz.. Well, not anymore. Thanks to Jimmy at SevenForums it's not an issue anymore. I'm pretty sure this is a common problem with Windows 7 and will probably be fixed in SP1, but my source is a link on how to fix it permanently.
