will this card will be able to convert anything to 3D or just play the 3D vision?

The requirements for 3D capability are: Nividia 3D Vision Kit (the glasses the narrator was holding), 3D Vision Ready Display (120 Hz), this video card, and a PC with Windows Vista/7 installed.
Here is a link with the exact requirements:  http://www.nvidia.com/object/3D_Vision_Requirements.html

The card will be able to play some games in 3D right away while others will need some special game patches. COD 4 and COD 5 are rated at Excellent, COD 6 was Good.
A complete list can be found here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/3D_Vision_3D_Games.html

wow their is many games that can be viewed/played with the 3d vision glasses
this would be worth checking into if you have the cash and the desk space for 3 monitors
