I was talking with GA today and he was saying it was MSRP around $60k but should be able to get for a lot less. Talk about a sweet ride! Now just if I could get a '66 Stang and upgrade that to a "Shelby" type on my own. I think I could take him in a race :-P

lol. they are trying to get the price under 40k so im guessing they are gonna push about 5000 units out for under 40k and if its a hit you could probably get one for under 35k.. either way for a shelby you cant go wrong.

I would guess both are still in the works, since Shelby is a separate entity from Ford Racing.  the Cobra Jet isn't street legal though, so the gt350 is going to be the better choice for lots of people!

cobra jet= no legal and a waste of money. i could make a mustang gt go fast then it and still have money left over lol. gt 350 is already made and getting released
