good to see that BPN is adding more slots
to the 32 man server!!
I have tried to join a few times and see that the
server has been full (24).

Glad to see the additional slots  Grin

Keep up the great work and thanks
for the great server

It pretty well stays full...so we upgraded, but now the 32 slots are staying full.

We'll be rotating around until they patch the servers to be able to run more than one game type at a time.

very true
I would assume that is a very good thing LOL
now if we can get the favorites and other little bugs worked out
in the game we would be golden Smiley

You're welcome, though I wouldn't say it's running fantastic by any means, there are still some issues but the majority of them are just buggy server releases and slow patches.  They'll get it right eventually.

Yep, I'm not sure what the problem is, I'm guessing just a very buggy game that is unstable.  May have to google search it a bit and see what I can find out.  Cause I KNOW I'm not alone in this.

Yeah, what do you know...GameServers had some issues again.  Had to submit a ticket to them because the server would not restart.  Anyways, it's back up again.

Server ended up having a Hard Drive failure and had to move over to a new box apparently, doesn't make sense because why wouldn't they have been running at least a RAID 1 config, also why not have hot plug drives and why not have spares laying around, why move to a completely new box just because a hdd failed.  I don't know why or how they're running things over there at Game Servers but we are gonna give them one last chance.  Please report to me any problems that you find such as server crashing or big lag spikes that EVERYONE is experiencing.

Thanks!

Something sounds fishy and yes, I would think they would be running the servers on a RAID array for sure, maybe even with hot spares.  More of a concern is their turn around time on the fix.  I also thought these servers were virtually carved up so why wouldn't they just migrate us over to a new virtual server?  No sense in paying money for crappy service, what other choices do we have?

There are about 10 other providers, some more expensive than others but I'll have to do some research to make sure we don't get in this situation again.  But first we're giving them one last shot to make it right.  If they don't we will NEVER use them again.
