AMD 140 & 125Watt?

Is there any performance difference between the 140 and 125 watt amd 965 be processor? looking at buying one of these and not sure what the difference besides the wattage is?

The 125W version is the newer revision (C3), so it will run a little cooler and overclock a little farther.

I am running the ASUS M4A79T, mainly because it got great reviews and I am running an ATI 5870 so the AMD Chipset is nice.

Ill second what Mal said, if your gonna go with AMD, definitely get a motherboard with a 790FX chipset. (790GX is good too, it just comes with integrated graphics which in most cases is a waste)
Edit: OR you could shoot for the newer 890GX, which recently came out and supports usb 3.0, sata 6gb/s, and 6 core phenoms. (older motherboards will most likely support 6 cores with a bios update)
