Cajun, I was parusing your website tonight and noticed a typo on your notebook custom build page below.
http://www.journeysystems.com/?custom_notebooks&proid=200
In the DIMM Slot one shouldn't the 2GB option read PC6400 800MHz?  If not then the DIMM Slot two is incorrect for the 2GB option.

P.S. Which Journey Systems rig are you running?  I'd like some specs too!

Well, mine is a culmination of extra parts  :Smiley

We are pretty picky about what we put in the systems, and when we try out a new board
if it doesn't pass our inspection, or if we feel it is quirky we won't use them.

I was prodded to buy a EVGA 680i Mainboard by some of my employees, and my hubby (BigBadToe350) didn't like it one bit.
So, I ended up with it.  It had some issues, and we RMA'd it twice.  I think it still is questionable, but it works for me.
I have:

EVGA nForce 680i SLI
Intel E8400 3.0Ghz CPU
XFX NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT 512mb
4Gb Kingston HyperX DDR2 800Mhz
150GB WD Raptor 10000RPM Hard Drive
500GB WD Hard Drive
Logitec G11 Keyboard
Logitec G5 Mouse
ViewSonic XV2240w 22" LCD

Don't see the benefit of SLI..  been there, didn't like it
and went with just one card.

Sounds nice, that's a quadcore CPU isn't it?

I like SLI personally, you don't get double the performance out of it but you do get a boost in performance, something like 30% increase.

I haven't had this one too long, I may just let this one work for a bit.

I am eying the AMD chip..  But that would require a new board.

Yeah, I want to get the new AMD Phenom II 940 but I called ASUS tonight and afte waiting on hold for 40 minutes they said my board does not yet support it...until they get the BIOS update out for it...and they don't know when that will be.  So I guess I have to wait until that happens.
