I currently have an Antec TruePower 650......

its not so much a improvement you will see, but just knowing whatever you throw at it, it will be able to handle

I currently have an Antec TruePower 650......
Depends on if your system didn't have enough power before which made it unstable.  If so you'd be able to overclock it and remain stable.
