Forum Member Tags

To match the pending changes to the TeamSpeak 3 icons, I thought it might be nice to have our forum tags match the new icons.

The TeamSpeak 3 groups are: Master Admin, Senior Admin, Junior Admin, Member, Jr Member.
The forums also has tags for Contributor (blue) and Recruit (3 green stars).

The previous Admin tags were silver and the Contributor was blue so I kept them the same. I made both member tags green and the recruit one red.

All the ranks shown are the same as TS3. For the Contributor one I used the O1 (2nd LT) rank since it looks like a bar of gold.

All the sizes are about the same as the ones currently being used.

What do you think?
