Well this isn't map pack 2, this was map pack 1 and I'm pretty sure everybody just got it when it launched...

Semi-correct.  Yes, we have both of these maps, but not for these game modes. ie, we have Arica Harbour - Rush, but not conquest; and we have Laguna Presa - Conquest, but not a Rush version.

I didn't do anything, but when I played the 2 new maps today, so either steam handled everything, or we've had the maps all along and they just now got unlocked.
