The right rear lights look like trailer lights!

The magetic sticker on the trunk (green/yellow) is from Japan. It denotes a new driver that has been driving less than 6 months. It warns other drivers to be wary of the car and be ready for mistakes. Very appropriate for this car.

at least he used spray foam to seal the window unit in the car
that way it will not leak condensation/rain into the car
