I'm trying to find a motherboard for cheap.  I need it to support AMD AM2 processor, 4 DDR2 memory slots, ATX form factor, with either an AGP slot or onboard video, also needs to have a couple PCI slots.  Anybody have something like this they would like to sell me?

Oh yeah, it needs to work too!
