End of Call of Duty?

Just got my GameInformer magazine and read an article about Activision vs the former President and CEO of Infinity Ward. Did a little checking on the GI website and here's the articles covering the story so far that I've been able to find.

Well it's delaying the CoD8 game for sure. Depending on the outcome of the trials will be who get's to develop it. Of course CoD8 isn't scheduled to come out until the very end of 2011...
