This is not a copy and paste but a true story of the hospital where I live.

Well this should make you smile. Several years ago I got a bill from the local hospital here and it was for something I had not had done. I went into the billing office at the hospital to dispute it and when it was my turn I told the lady that I had not had the test. She said "Oh sir we guarantee you that you had the test." I said mam I can promise you I did not, your computer made a mistake." to which she replied "Oh no sir our computers do not make mistakes" Well we went around like this for 10 minutes until I finally said "Mam your computers did indeed make a mistake, and I can guarantee you there is no way in hell I had a PAP Smear" to which everyone in line behind me broke out in laughing and she said "OK give me the paper" Just so everyone knows a few years later they tried to charge me for a pregnancy test.
