Ok, that car doesn't have a scratch on it, why didn't they just pull forward and drive away?

Ok, so there's a little dent, not noticeable if they were to just drive out.  The crazier part of this is it kinda looks like an apartment building which begs the question, how did they get a Mercedes into an apartment building?
