With Rainstaller you can easily distribute your skins, include any fonts, addons, third party plugins or RainThemes "Themes" to your end user audience on DeviantArt.com or Customize.org and they can install everything in just a few clicks!

Yeah, I've been using it for the last 48 hours, It's very convenient low CPU usage.
