Mmmmm, i think you might be wrong on that one. No One Lives Forever had a sweet crossbow though! You could stick people to walls with normal bolts, and there were also cyanide and explosive tipped bolts. |

yeah, if it has dedicated servers I could see myself playing it for a LONG time. Personally, I loved MW2 except for the fact that it had IWNet which was pretty fail. Dedicated servers would have made that game compete with Unreal Tournament in my eyes (for the record, I have over 2000 hours "logged" in xfire for UT2k3 and UT2k4 and that is just what xfire has logged).

Different servers in different places. I didn't let it affect me though. UT allowed you to open a console and change your netspeed which helped reduce the effect of high ping. On servers where you had a low ping, a higher netspeed transmitted more data giving you more FPS and when you had a higher ping, you lowered it to send and retrieve less information so there wouldn't be as much warping. Also, 5.1 surround sound, 100 FPS, and a Nostromo speedpad with custom weapon bindings can really offset the battlefield.
