The bill was wrong, so the total was $25 which means you subtract the $2 from the $27 the men spend equaling $25.

The dollar didn't disappear, he's explaining it in a misleading way on purpose.  They paid $30.  The bill was $25.  That $25 + the $3 that they got back is $28 and the $2 that the waitress kept makes $30.

Think of it this way...imagine that the bill was originally $25.  They might each throw in $9 making it a total of $27.  $2 for the waitress and $25 for the meal, the same result as what's in the video.  The fact that they originally paid $30 has nothing to do with the outcome.

For example:
Imagine they said that the bill was $39.  Each guy puts in $13.  They correct it to $25 and the waitress gets $14 back.  Each guy gets $4 and she keeps $2.  So they each paid $9 for a total of $27 and she kept $2 for a total of $29.  Where's the other $10??  Do the same thing saying the bill was originally $60 and changed to $25 and you'll come up missing even more.  The cost of the original bill has nothing to do with it.

You may well be right. I have not left a tip as well in the past. They have to really tic me off for that. I tip 10% normally.

Yeah, I hear that, normally I tip between 15% - 20% but when I was on vacation earlier this year we were at a very nice upscale restaurant and the service was horrible and actually made me mad.  I tipped that guy 0% but that doesn't happen very often.  It's not too hard to keep me happy, I'm not too needy.

I went to a place once and ordered Chicken Alfredo and when I got it there was like one teaspoon of alfredo sauce on it and the menu said "Smothered in Alfredo sauce" When the waitress came back thru 1/2 hr. later I complained and said I wanted a whole new plate and she said they don't do that but they would bring me more Alfredo sauce. 20 minutes later she brought it and it had congealed on the top and I told her never mind and that I wanted the manager. I did not pay for any of the meals and was given a gift certificate to get a meal free which I gave back to the manager and told her I would never eat at an Uno again. Oh I did not leave a tip.

I don't need it, when I was around 12 or 14 my dad went hunting with a bunch of guys ou behind our house and the one guy we called fudgy got in a tree stand and after a bit he had to take a leak and instead of getting down he just went from the stand. Well there was an old fence thst none of us knew about and he hit it and was shot out of the tree stand. He broke several bones and we had to help the EMT's carry him out. The fence had not been used in years but still had current going to it. I think I have shared this here b4 in the past.

I actually heard on a raido show someone trying this
but it must have been very low voltage compared
to the pic cause there is no way if the pic is true

Some of those cow fences carry one heck of a jolt. I was riding on the back of a 4 wheeler with a friend and he ran into a cow fence and man trying to get untangled while getting the crap shocked out of you sucks! Al lot of those cow fences you a pulse current so if you grab a hold of one it is not a constant shock but lots of pulses of shocks and that sucks even more and that is what we got tangled in.

This is no lie.  I was sneaking out late one night in High School and a couple of friends and I were walking down a country road and decided to hide in the weeds when we saw an oncoming car.  I got tangled in a nasty electric barbed wire fence.  I still have about a 6 inch scar on my leg to prove it.
