I've played the game and it is lots of fun and thinking. Definitely puts a new perspective to platformers.

How difficult is it? Something someone with crappy hands could manage?

Just need some decent timing and problem solving/maze skills, or atleast a good walkthrough. I definitely had to replay a few levels.
