I have a few problems and they are quite frustrating but I figured it out since the Downloader for Blizzards sucks I'll tell you what I did just incase.

 >> The Launcher downloader sucks
  >> Go to C:/Users/Public/World of Warcraft/Wow.exe
   >>Login Download from there
    >> Patch
     >> Done & MUCH MUCH quicker.

I'm not sure if it even downloaded for me, but I can still play so I'm not worrying about it.
