I found a way to turn off the pop up for Vista that askes your permision for everything you do.

Instructions:

1) Control Panel
2) User Accounts and Family Safety
3) User Account
4) Turn User Account Control on or off
5) Uncheck " Use User Account Control (UAC) to help your computer "
6) Click ok, and everything should be good.

Thx i actually didnt find i just got really annoyed by it so i went looking around and figured out how to turned it off
