Web Site: You may enter this promotion by registering on the NVIDIA web site and clicking on the “SLI Sweepstakes” banner. This site may be accessed on
www.geforce.com/Community/Rewards. Online entry for the SLI Sweepstakes is open only to NVIDIA owners. Winners must prove ownership of NVIDIA products by supplying a photograph of themselves with their NVIDIA product in full view. All Entrants acknowledge and agree that photographs provided to Sponsor shall be owned by Sponsor. Sponsor may use photographs provided for marketing or advertising purposes without payment of any compensation to Entrant.

Mail-in Entry: Alternatively, you may enter this promotion by mailing the following on a piece of paper or a postcard to NVIDIA “SLI” Sweepstakes – Entries by
DRAWING: Upon the close of the Entry Period, the winner will be selected from all eligible online and mailed-in entries through a random drawing to be conducted by a representative of NVIDIA at NVIDIA’s corporate office located at 2701 San Tomas Expressway, Santa Clara, CA 95050, U.S.A., on or about February 21, 2011. The selection of such NVIDIA representative will be final and binding in all respects. The winner will be notified via e-mail sent to the e-mail address specified in his/her entry, within 24 hours after the drawing. The winner must reply to the notification e-mail to claim prize within 120 hours from the time the notification e-mail is sent, or the prize will be considered forfeited. Unclaimed prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected randomly by NVIDIA from all other entries. The winner and his/her guest companion will be required to sign and return an affidavit/declaration and release to NVIDIA prior to delivery of the prize.
