After watching raid guide videos about the Baleroc fight I put this together. We can discuss it before the pull.

Don't the healers have to go into some sort of rotation to get the buff to do super heals?

I was thinking about this earlier and I saw how Dathan would get 12 stacks a lot. I made the chart to show what I was thinking.
So based on the chart we can see the following:
(Assuming boss fight is 6 minutes long, with a crystal spawning every 30 seconds)
Payback, if first, will only be getting 12 stacks 5 times. However, Dathan would be getting 12 stacks 7 times. To make it easier on the healers we should put the DPS with the most amount of health in Dathan's current spot and the DPS with the second most health in Payback's current spot.

Correction, we should put the dps with the most amount of mitigation in getting the most stacks the most often. Since Dathan has barkskin (on a 60 sec cd) I think that is him.

So I looked up the Baleroc fight and this is what I found:
1.Baleroc switches to one of his blades every 60 seconds. And according to the recent Hotfix he is more likely to use Inferno Blade first.
2.The Blade that Baleroc uses lasts only for 15 seconds.
3.Vital Spark buff on healers lasts for 60 seconds until reapplied. (May not)
4. Vital Flame lasts for 15 seconds.
Please correct me if I'm wrong: Are the healers rotating only when they get 50 stacks and not when Baleroc switches to a blade? If so, you could make the healing job a lot easier.
Our current strategy is putting a Rhyolith on the healers back because the healers are having to heal through the most damage intensive phases without the Vital Flame buff. So the healers buff to make their job easier is being wasted on when the least amount of damage is going out.
Below I attached some information on how we should switch the healers. This fight is not a stack management fight, but a time management fight. The healers should switch every 30 seconds, which is (give or take) 49 stacks. This way will allow the Healer's Vital Flame buff to be active during the most intensive healing parts.
Now, if Vital Spark does have a 60 second timer, we would need to switch healers every 25 seconds instead of 30 seconds. This would allow the healers to be on a dps before the Vital Spark timer runs out and thus losing all of their earned stacks.
