Kingston's about to drop on the market possibly the highest-capacity USB flash drive to date. At a whoopping 256GB, the flash drive offers read speeds of up to 20 MB/s and write speeds of 10 MB/s. It also offers a cap-less design, with the USB connector popping out of one end by a push of the slider. However, it's not for the light-hearted, at a cost of around 775 euros, which is approximately $1101.86.

Here are some specs:

* 70.68 x 16.90 x 22.99 mm
* 256GB
* Read speed: 20 MB/s
* Write speed: 10 MB/s
* Data encryption software to protect data
* Price: 775 euros (~ $1101.86)
* Includes Kingston's five-year warranty

So unless you have so mad craving for portability, we suggest that even if you have $1100 to spend, you best as well spend it on a Core i7 975.

You know what those are good for?  They are perfect for using for Windows Ready Boost technology.  They are small so you can put them in a slot and forget about them, then they increase the performance of your PC.

yep but the thing is the price though I saw some places had them saying oh they will be $150 but AOTS (attack of the show on g4tv) said that they would be going for the cheap price of $15. But they are just amazing.

Yeah, I saw something about them a month or two ago...don't recall the price they listed though.
