Awesome that we have a Fantasy Football league. I joined it tonight, but agree with 64m3 > 'autodraft'? Drafting players is the best part. Either way it'll be fun.

Ok so I looked it up and apparently I can't change that setting after I create it. I could create a new league and do it differently which if no one has any problems with that I would do that. Let me know what you want me to do.

but at the same time, if you do a live draft, and you can't make it, you can rank your players ahead of time and it will pick for you..

Ok, I got the new league up with live draft. Name changed just a little bit. It's now "BulletProofNerds League" before it was "BulletProof Nerds League". Join the new league, everybody that was already in I sent an email invite to whatever email address they used with BPN's website.

i think that some of the leagues are the same service like cbs and nfl, maybe even espn. it's all the same app offered by different sites. i use yahoo, it rox. and thank god ea shut theirs down, easily the worst ever.

You don't want me in the league. I dominate. I played every year up until about 2005 or 6. I quit playing because I spent SO MUCH time researching all the league activity in the off season and all seaon long. If you want your team to be good, you have to do that, and it eventually got too much like work.

Hopefully you were paid handsomely for your work...somehow I doubt it. You probably over analysed and thus didn't do much better than someone that does it like myself. Just gotta make sure you keep active players in the lineup every week...not much more than that is required.

It was a league of about 12 I think. Everyone would chip in $20. I won the league probably about half the time got second a time or two, and missed the playoffs entirely once. There were only three or four of us that kept on top of everything all the time, and we were generally the top teams. I definitely came out ahead, but it's totally not worth it. I'm too competitive to not win at it, and to win means spending a lot of free time staying on top of EVERYTHING. Plus you find yourself kinda rooting against your real life team if they are playing against members of your fantasy team and I didn't like that. For instance, Dark is going to feel pretty conflicted twice this year when his Titans play against the Colts' Manning, Addai, and Wayne. |
