CoD 5 keeps shutting down

yeah ill get into a online game be running around and itll kick me out of the program completly.... gives me an error msg saying unhandeled exception caught or somthing any help, been runing fine till fri morning:(

Try updating Punkbuster, if we are still using that program. Schlup, can you confirm this?

Updated PB no luck...

Yeah, we're running Punkbuster.  Next to your unhandled exception error there is normally like a 6 or 7 digit code.  What is that code?  You should try google searching the code to try and find a fix.

What OS are you running?  When did this start happening?  What has changed since before it started happening and now?

Punkbuster update might have happened.  Do a MANUAL update to your punkbuster files.

Saw on one of the web forums i found a suggestion to disable the sound card, reboot and the reenable it...... did that and all seems to be ok now go figure??
