I am sure that will cost a pretty penny but way worth it if you have problems with temp

Best bit is the thrash metal at the end.
What's something like that cost?

What is thrash metal? I would guess over $1000 for that setup. I think it's for datacenter racks and whatnot, which means it's expensive.

try higher schlup i looked it up after wathing the vid. and its cost is like $1600.00
but like you also said OC'ing would be a breeze. wouldnt ever have to worry about overheating, just under sealing.
i wonder what else you could do with that. i know it makes a bubbling noise hmm i wonder if you can make smoke come out of it. that would make a killer oh w8 woops got sidetracked there for a min.

Well I wasn't that far off, and didn't I say "at least" when I gave my price?

Well that is about the exact temps I run and that is the exact temp for my room temp also. However, I get nowhere near the idle temps that you get. And no offense but I am calling BS on those temps as well. Unless you are running liquid nitrogen then there is pretty much no way you can get your processor to idle at 11-16 degrees cooler than what your room is at. What kinda cooling are you using?

2 FA18 fans are blowing on the processor (peltiers) - the temp near them with a thermometer is significantly cooler (maybe it's the location in the room that it just isn't picked up elsewhere), I'll see if I can get SS of idle later.

I just started water cooling. Thought I would post some pics of my setup. Water cooling is a new disease to me, I want to water cool everything. I have thought about going the chilled route allready but can not justify the cost of the electric. Koolance ERM-3K4U5 Liquid cooling System I made my own reservoir. Koolance ERM-3K4U5 Liquid cooling System I just added this GPU block on friday. Koolance ERM-3K4U5 Liquid cooling System I was using this heatercore from a 77' Bonneville. Koolance ERM-3K4U5 Liquid cooling System Any one else watercooling?

Well that explains it, you're using peltiers...they're probably on full time too aren't they? That will refrigerate everything and cause it to be cooler than room temp. I retract my earlier call of BS on Tonski.

Wow, that's just about a completely custom water cooling kit isn't it? Aren't you afraid it'll leak or won't work right? I guess though if you have factory blocks on everything you'd be pretty safe. Nice work by the way.

Thanks. I picked out all of the pieces individually. I ran the setup for 24 hours before putting it into my PC, so I am not worried about leaks. I used worm clamps for all of my connections. With the reservoir I put silicon around the barbs. So I am not too worried about looks. I also researched alot about water cooling before I jumped it. It has really decreased my temps and I have just started to overclock. Since I did my first build, I think I will use all homemade stuff next time. I am looking into making my own waterblocks, if you google around alot of people make there own. That is how watercooling got started it was always make your own equipment.

Not for me, I prefer the premade stuff. But I bet Yank would be good at making his own water cooling system. There's a few others that like to mod like that too. I've got my case cool enough and quite enough right now that I'm really not looking into water cooling, it's kinda neat but too risky for me. Water and computer components were never made to go together!

Yeah you need to get 2-3 software programs and run them all at once and make sure they all read the same temp. My favorite is "Core Temp".

It's just to verify that your temp software is in fact working correctly, that way you don't accidentally overheat your chip and burn it up.
