1: What changes can I make permanently to my config files that are legal (not considered hacks).

2: How the heck do some of you guys/gals shoot so quickly, (I'm using mx518)?

Sorry James, I saw your other post...it's just a tough question and I have to dedicate some time to answering it.  Which I don't have right now, however, here are two other posts that help you with your settings.  Yes they are for CoD4 but most everything works with CoD5 as well.  They are kinda universal CoD settings.  I'll get back with you later about the rest but until then I need to know what exactly is in your computer setup, what all hardware you are running, mouse, keyboard, speakers, headphones...and also if you know what kind of frames per second you are getting in game (maximum, minimum, and average).
